I am currently getting a timeout and the following error:

A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond 

When trying to make CIM requests to the sandbox environment. This was working a few days ago. Has something changed or is the sandbox down? Anyone else having issues?
