I obviously spoke too soon as we are still having this problem. There
are fewer errors but they are still occuring. Support from them is
definitely less than satisfactory. I would have hoped that enough people
are experiencing this same problem that ...
Has anyone seen any improvements on this problem? We had 3 errors on
4/10, 1 error on 4/12 and no errors since then. I'm happy for the
improvement but a little skeptical that it's permanant since they
haven't responded to my case with any information...
