Thanks everyone. It would appear that our cases are now associated, so
hopefully this will place more visibility on the issue. I'm also told
that an engineer is now looking into the matter.
Would everyone please share their case numbers? Our case has yet to be
reviewed by an enginner (since 10PM EST last evening) and I'm attempting
