I started off my test integration with Magento/Authorize.net on a good footing -- everything worked great. Then I tried to go to live mode and it did not work. Somehow someway my developer figured it out and it started to work, but he could not identify what he did to correct it.
Nonetheless, I was elated. Then a few days later it happened again. (There was no configuration change within those few days).
I continue to receive this popup and message:
"Gateway error: An error occurred during processing. Please try again."
1. What is the root cause of this issue?
2. Is there a log I can check on the authorize.net side?
3. Is there a log I can check on the Magento side?
4. How do I fix this?
FYI Magento verion - Magento ver. 18.104.22.168
