Since FireFox v23, some Iframes are not shown by default, because of mixed content blocking. Check to be sure your page and iframes are both being served via https:// protocol. Also check the Content Security Policy(CSP) of your server to be sure your are not restricting the required iframe content.  You can also check https://nexwebhost.com/authorizenet/gethosted.html, in FireFox to see if it is related to your particular browser settings or extensions. It works for me in FireFox v55.0.3

Re: Urgent - iFrame captcha is not working in Firefox

Thanks @NexusSoftware

iFrame popup is also working in our case but the captcha inside iFrame is not visible.

My main concern is about the captcha in iFrame which is not in our hand.

I am getting below message in browser console/network console:

www.google.com uses an invalid security certificate. The certificate is not trusted because the issuer certificate is unknown. The server might not be sending the appropriate intermediate certificates. An additional root certificate may need to be imported. Error code: SEC_ERROR_UNKNOWN_ISSUER

I hope you will also get the same error in FF browser when you open your payment form with reCaptcha in iframe in FF browser.

No, I'm not getting that error. Here is some information from Mozilla, to help troubleshoot your issue: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-SEC_ERROR_UNKNOWN_ISSUER#w_the-error-occurs-on-mul...

Recaptcha is enabled at https://nexwebhost.com/authorizenet/gethosted.html. Try it in your version of FireFox. Or are you asking to enable it on your form? If so, send me a PM with the URL.

It is probably related to your browser or anti-virus application settings. Do you have a live URL where your iframe is to check out?
