It's amazing that your customer needs to tell you when your server is down so you can inform your operation center. I myself was informed, because I have a Pingdom check for this. Why doesn't Authorize.net do their own monitoring?

I called their support number and spent 20 minutes trying to understand what a sandbox env is but he had no clue.. My development timelines have slipped by a day .. who is reponsible! Is there a formal and efficient way to report these issues with test env other than reporting it here and agonizingly wait for hours for someone to take notice?
