The sandbox environment is currently rejecting every credit card we try
to send. This has effectively shut down our test environment and is a
serious issue. Is anyone else seeing this issue? How do I go about
getting this addressed ASAP?

This is really not a valid solution. Not all SOAP libraries (certainly
not the one we're using) make this easy or even possible. We've found a
temporary workaround, but it's hacky at best. Please let us know when
you have a fix in place.
